A few things to know...

No Localhost

This tool requires the use of publicly accessible URL's - meaning that localhost and websites hidden behind some auth will not be screenshotted. We have no plans to support this either.

We're fresh

This is late stage beta software. You might find bugs, and layouts might change drastically. That said, everything is working rather swimmingly as far as we and our beta testers can tell.

For Beaver Builder Only

For now, this plugin is exclusively for use with Beaver Builder. If you don't have it, you should!

WP Shots creates a special version of your saved rows, column, modules and templates, then uses our own advanced rendering + screenshot engine to take a photo of your module. We then attach that screenshot to your saved module/row as a featured image, so that it shows up nicely in your Beaver Builder Saved Tab.

Beaver Builder Power Users

Saving modules has always been a great feature of Beaver Builder. The problem is going back and using them.

You're presented with a huge list of module descriptions. It doesn't really get your creative juices flowing.

You can (and should) manually create screenshots and upload them to to your saved modules to do the same thing, but it takes a lot of time, and often gets forgotten.

If you're spending less than a few hours per month in Beaver Builder, we might not be a good fit. If you spend hours dragging and dropping, I bet WP Shots will make you smile.

A screenshot is generated on the below events.

• When a new module is saved
• When a saved module is updated.

Because this plugin uses our servers to generate your screenshot, we need to place restrictions on usage to ensure fair use for all.

We've used this tool internally for 2 years and we found that a single website, updated fairly regularly uses about 200 shots per year.

Our Micro and Agency plans are sized to ensure they are fairly comfortable use by everyone.

You can use the WP Shots Agency License on unlimited websites.
